Dear Expert,
Does anyone here know how to configure outlook server side integration, especially from microsoft outlook side. What does the IT people need to do to prepare integration server side between outlook and C4C?
Thank you

You need to have the Exchange IT team enable EWS access - this is usually turned on.
You can test the connectivity at https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ using the option Microsoft Exchange Web Services Connectivity Tests > Service Account Access (Developers).
If the test succeeds, you are good to go from the Exchange side.

There is no need to specially 'activate' SSO in case of server-side. The integration will prompt the user for credentials (prompting for SSO) once you provide the EWS URL.
