The issue is the following:
If an appointment is recorded at a client in C4C and it synchronizes to Outlook, Outlook then sends an email to the client to put the appointment in the agenda.
And if you make an adjustment later by adding notes, that can happen again.
In both cases this is not the intention.
Is there an option to prevent those emails from going out / the box not being filled?
Thinking further -> In Outlook there is also the option to put an event in the agenda. There is no invitation email attached to it.
Is it possible to link the agreements from C4C to that variant in Outlook?
