Outlook-Add-In, tie EMail to contact

Dear all,

I know how to add an account-reference to an EMail. Also, drag & drop works fine to connect an EMail to a sales offer. But:

1. how can I connect an EMail directly to a specific Contact?

2. Should the EMail-pane unter "Account" show all eMails connected to all contacts and sales quotes below it?

Hi Martin,

The add-in automatically links the email to the contact based on the email of sender.

implies that I can "download" all my contacts from C4C and access them within Outlook as an additional address book.

Is that not the case?

Hi Martin,

Downloading contacts and linking emails are not related to each other and one is not the implication of the other.
However, yes, you can choose to download "My Contacts" to Outlook using the Download Contacts button in the add-in.
