OutBound communication arrangement from C4C

Hello Experts,

I want to integrate SAP C4C to a 3rd party system. In case of integrating Sales quotes, we must create an outbound communication arrangement so check the external pricing with the 3rd party system.

How can I achieve this,
1- I can not find a scenario in C4C that correspond to my needs
2- In HCI plateform , How can we succeed the communication between C4C as a sender.

Hi,

In order to communicate with external solution first of all you need to scope the Relevant Questions from Business Configuration -->Implementation Projects. Here you need to navigate to "Communication and Information Exchange"-->"Integration with External Applications and Solutions"-->"Integration into Sales, Service, and Marketing Processes" and select following questions:

• Do you want to create follow-up documents for sales quotes from your cloud solution to an external application?
• Do you use an external application to determine prices, free goods, product availability, and credit status for sales quotes in your cloud solution?

Once Selected then you should be able to see Communication Scenarios "Pricing in Sales Quote Replication Scenario in SAP Business Suite" which can be used for pricing requests to middleware which can further go to 3rd party system.
