otmm smart edit is not working

Hello All,

I am unable to use otmm media upload from smart edit for cms component.

However, I am able to upload product images from otmm in backoffice.

Any help is appreciated.

Smartedit does not accept otmm media. better customize upload option from smartedit side and then you can able to upload otmm media.

But they have provided 'otmmsmartedit' extension. That means we should be able to use it in smartedit. Correct me if I am wrong.

I am not sure if hybris supports otmm free-of-cost. AFAIK, it requires some additional paid extension(s). Could you please check with expert services (sapcx-expertservices@sap.com) and support team?

We have got extensions from otmm team itself. I will check with otmm support team only.

As of my experience we need to customize for ottm media. smartedit will take only image format. As you mention above that you got it this extension from ottm team. So check with them.
