Hi every body!
We have the following scenario:
In the ERP sales and distribution organizational structure allows to have a Sales office assigned to more than one sales area. In the image attached, we can se that for a same company we have 3 sales areas. Sales area 1 and 2 share the same sales office.
When trying to replicate this structure into C4C, system sends an error because sales office is already assigned to one of the sales area. It is not possible to either manually create or replicate the structure as SAP ECC has it.
What is the correct way to manage this structure in SAP C4C? Considering that we do not have a problem managing accounts/customers.

Hi,
rajesh_ramachandran You can't assign one org unit to more than one sales area. You should create new sales office for each sales area manually at C4C side.
