Dear Experts,
I hope this message finds you well.
We are currently working on an integration between SAP Field Service Management (FSM) and SAP S/4HANA Service using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
On the S/4HANA side, we have a comprehensive and well-structured service organization hierarchy. Our objective is to leverage this existing organizational structure within SAP FSM—not only at the company level but also to enforce visibility restrictions across different service units. For instance, we want to ensure that dispatchers and technicians can only access service calls and data relevant to their specific unit.
Is there a recommended approach or best practice to replicate or integrate this type of organizational hierarchy in FSM to support such restrictions?
Any insights or suggestions would be highly appreciated.
Best regards,

Hi,
You can consider using Regions and Planning Scenarios.
Creating regions across your S4 Service Units (not all service organization is needed in FSM, only segregated individual work groups) can be filtered and replicated via configured flow in CI, FSM has respective API for this.
hope this helps.
