Orders or quotes do not go back in CCO

Hello,
on a new installation of CCO , I have a problem:
Orders or quotes do not go back.
If I want to retrieve a command or a quote, the list appears but if I select a document, the lines do not go up.
After a few minutes, message "Expiry of the sales order upload, enter the sales order information manually"
There is no error message in the B1i
Operation with invoices is OK

Installation:
SAP BUsiness One: 9.2 PL6
B1i:
version 1.22.20
user B1iadmin
Save in
CCO: 2.0 FP07 PL01
Java: 1.8.0_201-b09

Hello Pierre,

As we checked the issue seems to be related to the B1i, the system is showing an error that the connection to the database failed.
"Error on completion of HTTPS-roundtrip: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused:"

Please review the SAP Note 2029714, section 2.1 to solve the HTTPS-roundtrip error.

Hello Pierre,

Check the parameter "Connection timeout (in seconds)" in Configuration > Integration > SAP Business One

Increase the value and try to perform the process again.
