Order level promotions are not working in Hybris 6.4

Hi,

Order level promotions are not working and it is dispalying the applied message in cart but the price is not getting updated. It is showing the below message in backoffice under Promotions tab,

POTENTIAL: order_$50_threshold_20%_percentage_discount not supported CERTAINTY: 0.5

Any idea?

This implies that it is a potential promotion but there is still something that stops it from really being activated.. How does your rule look like?
