Hi!
According to SAP note 1913883 (Item & will be deleted), this is the standard system behavior for sales order item deletion in a CRM-ECC context:
For a sales item that has been replicated into the ECC system, CRM system does not know whether it can be deleted or not in the ECC system. So CRM changes the item's status to rejected temperately, and issues an information message "Item & will be deleted" to inform the end user. After saving the CRM sales order, the data replication starts. If the item can be deleted in the ECC system, the item will be deleted in both CRM and ECC systems.
In our CRM 7.0 system enviorment, the order item is not deleted, but maintains status rejected both in ECC and in CRM. Before upgrade to CRM 7.0, the item was deleted in ECC and CRM order.
The rejection status is working well with SAP standard, but causing problems with varios customer codes developed before upgrade.
Note 1913883 says: "If the item can be deleted in the ECC system, the item will be deleted in both CRM and ECC systems."
Any idea, why/ where the deletion of order item in ECC is prohibited, when the order comes from CRM?
As aditional information: an order item in ECC of order created in ECC (same order type) is deleted.
Best regards,
Christina

Hi!
I am still working on this.
Might have to do with sales scenario settings??
In CRMD_ORDERADM_H-SCENARIO I find values A ans AX
and in VBAK-VBKLA (ECC) I find value CRM500. Very strange, because we are working with CRM 7.0. Where does this value have to be adjust?
Best regards,
Christina
