Hi,
With regard to above mentioned subject, what are the preferred way of integration, with following points:
1. Oracle fusion is the source of truth for employee data master, this data need to be synchronized to SAP CRM
2. SAP CRM is existing system on-premise, so we will need to set it up/build it in a way our master data will synchronized with Oracle.
3. Currently the employee master data source is from SAP HR via ALE/IDoc
