Option "Email" and "Email templates" not available in the Content Studio

We just set up a new system and I see that in the Content Studio "Email" option is not available. I checked roles, they seem to be there. I checked that Email is enabled in SPRO, what else could be a problem hiding the "Email" option?

You need to add the sender profile as per KBA 2643677.

Sender profile was there but apparently sender email is needed for the profile to be complete. Thank you!
