Opporunity replicated from SAP C4C but not mapped with their accounts

Hi experts,

I hope that you're doing well and safe,

Please we're facing an issue with (Opportunities & Activities) they are replicated succefully from SAP C4C to SAP marketing, but they are not mapped with the accounts,

We found the opportunities and interactions on SMC, but we cannot see them on the accounts,

Can someone help with that please,

Hello,

It could be due to missing mapping on CPI side. To validate that, at the C4C side, pls check web service monitoring if, account ID is associated with the object being replicated, in the payload or not. If not, then it could be the root cause. Did you maintain value mapping for "LogicalSystemID" in the CPI for artifact "Value Mapping for SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP Marketing Integration" correctly?

If check from C4C is passed i.e. you can see the account ID being replicated correctly from C4C payload then check the CPI outbound payload which is being transferred to SMC (via trace mode in CPI or Import Mponitor in SMC) and validate if data for the account is being there or not. And based on that try to analyse why Interaction is being created not associated with account.
