Opportunity - some additional reasons for status

Hi there, I need to add some additonal reasons for status changes for opportunities. Should be possible using scoping as a maintenance task, but I couldn't get it to work. Standard entries are made, system is  running in production mode for a while now. Maybe I have ignored a neccessary task. Couldn't find the error or what's missing in the scoping process. Maybe someone could be of advice here. Thank you!
