Opportunity Party Rules: Is it possible just to define the party role?

Is it possible to just include a party role to be automatically added to an opportunity without having to add the employee (Party ID)? My customer does not know yet who the employee will be who will be added to the opportunity.

Hello Sabine,

You can create Opportunity Party rules without party (employee) but once you create opportunity for that particular role party will be determined based on party determination rule.
