Opportunity -- Not showing standard action in workflow

Hi All,

In SAP C4C, When I create a workflow with action and select Opportunity BO then I don't see Create ERP sales quote action. I can see following options only

1. Refresh from activity plan (excluding survey version)
2. Refresh from activity plan (including survey versions)
3. Set as In process
4. Set as Lost
5. Set as Stopped
6. Set as Won, etc

How can I enable "Create ERP Sales Quote" action so that I can have a workflow action?

Hi Gauri,

As of now, Opportunity has not exposed the said action 'Create ERP Sales Quote' to workflow. Hence you cannot see it. You can either raise an incident to opportunity team or raise this in influence/idea forum, where product management will take up this request on priority and expose the same.
