Dear SAP Community,
we do use "Date Profiles" which is configured in a way, that between Start Date and End Date is a difference between 60 days. That works perfectly when clicking "New Opportunity" - the dates are 60 days apart.
However, when we do manually change the start date, the end date does not change automatically (see screenshot). My key users told me, that they are 95% sure, thas this was the behaviour before. Our opportunity data (several thousand) supports this thesis.
Anybody of you knows how C4C behaved historically?

Hi Christian,
When creating an opportunity closing date is determined based on the date profile. When changing the start date the end date is not automatically re determined. As mentioned in configuration: You can define settings which will then be automatically used as defaults when you create documents. Could it be that you had an additional workflow rule in place?
Since when do you think this is happening? In the weekend of 20 - 21st of February the production tenant was updated to 2102 release. If you have evidence that it worked differently before, you can raise an incident.
