OPP promotions from CAR to S4 HANA

Good Evening,

I am trying to Send OPP Promotions from CAR to S4/HANA. The message type for the IDOC that goes out from CAR is "/ROP/PROMOTION". When the idoc reaches the S4, this message type is not maintained in S4, and the idoc stopped with error "'Basic type /ROP/PROMOTION02 does not exist"'.

My question, should I create a message type and basic type for this, or there a business function that should I activate or something?
