Open Channel Integration - Create Interactions

Dear Community,

We are in SAP Marketing Cloud release 1902.

We have implemented open channel integration for our campaign. We wanted to create interactions for each member of the target group. I have implemented the BADI(5) - Open Channel: Define Template for Outbound Interaction for the same.

"set the interaction details

template-id_origin = 'MOBILE'.

template-communication_medium = 'SMS'.

template-interaction_type = 'SMS_DELIVERED'.

But still the interactions are not created for the contacts. Could anyone let know the exact steps which needs to be implemented in addition to the above steps. kindly let know.

Have you followed the help document Open Channel Integration carefully?

You need to take care of Business Roles and other configurations in mind.
