Hi,
SAP has received several customer reports that Online Monitoring Agent View -> Show Queue List -> Search doesn't work as expected. Check boxes are not shown and user are not able to use the functions.
Current knowledge is that the root cause is Microsoft KB4487017 and KB4487029 seems to fix the issue.
