ONE TIME CUSTOMER NAME CREATED IN CCO NOT SYNCHRONISING TO SAP BUSINESS ONE

Hi Guys,

We are using SAP Customer Checkout 2.0 FP07 PL08 with SAP B1 9.3 PL12 on B1if scenarios version 4.0.04.

We are entering One Time Customer Name for the Bill we are doing from the Customer Checkout. But the Entered Customer Name is not pushing anywhere to SAP B1. Please find attached screenshots for what we are doing.

Kindly let us know if we have to do something to push this One time Customer Name to Business One or Help us to push it to somewhere in SAP B1 Invoice screen.

Thanks,

Nithin.

Hello Vishnu,

This is working as designed. We do not transfer name, address data etc from SAP Customer Checkout to SAP BusinessOne of a customer when an Invoice is created.
When the customer is business Partner, we only transfer the ID of the customer , and his name, address etc are taken from SAP BusinessOne directly.

Since one-time customer does not have any customer ID, there is no ID that is transferred to SAP BusinessOne.

The one-time customer information is transferred to SAP Customer Checkout manager. When you use SAP Customer Checkout together with SAP Customer Checkout manager, then you will see that all information about it, is also transferred to SAP Customer Checkout manager.

Though using PlugIns and enhancement to B1if scenarios for SAP Customer Checkout, this information can be sent to SAP BusinessOne, but this would mean quite some change and very good experience with PlugIn development with SAP Customer Checkout would be required.
We have not built any such example as of now.

Dear vishnu-1,

This system behavior is known and described in KBA 2788075.

You will need to develop an extension in the CCO packages if you want to achieve the one-time customer name to be transferred to the AR Invoice in Business One.

Kind regards,

Gunther

Hello Gunther,

i've read that "vishnu sivanandhan" has B1if scenarios version 4.0.04.

I take a look at my Framework and found out that i have the Version 3.3.64 for Scenario Package Identifier: sap.CustomerCheckout

I use the same Software components SAP Customer Checkout 2.0 FP07 PL08 with SAP B1 9.3 PL12.

How can i get a new Version for my CCO Scenario in my Framework?

Thank you and kind regards,

Daniela
