ONE SALES OFFICE FOR TWO SALES ORGANIZATION C4C

Hello Experts!!!

I hope you are well today, I ask for your support because I have the next scenario and I am not sure that it is possible en C4C:

I am going to create in C4C a new org. structure, which has been in SAP S4 but we haven´t connected SAP S4 with C4C yet, so I couldn´t send the information to C4C and I have to create it manually in C4C but I don´t know how to do it because in SAP S4 I have two sales organization and only one sales office, you know in SAP S4 I can assignment sales office – sales area, do you know if there is something similar in C4C?

Hello Amy,

Sales Office and Sales Organisation corresponds to the same Business Object in C4C. Also, there is a provision of maintaining a parent Organisation Unit for each Organisation Unit. Provided your scenario, you can create a sales office (organisation unit) and maintain that as the parent for both the sales organisation. This shall help you achieve your described business scenario.
