Has anyone implemented offer management? Can you provide your use case?

I have trouble understanding what comes out of the box - do I create an offer with a link to it and have an image of a coupon? Then I reference this offer in an email to show an image and link to it?

Hi,

Offer are mostly used in case of Commerce Marketing scnerios out of which most popular one are:

1. Persoanlising web shop page based on customer previous purchase/browsing pattern(Offer Recommendation)

2. Sending out personalised email based on Marketing location as well as Geo location
