Offer redeemed in segmentation

Hi all,

I would like to know if shown offer redeemed is possible to see in segmentation.

For example, a contact has an interaction type: OFFER_REDEPTION and Offer ID, whihch is created in SAP Hybris Marketing previuosly, is 123.

Would be possible see that code (offerID) in segmentation?

I have the same requirement.

Kunal, related to screenshots for the scenario:

Check Payload Examples in the area Payload Examples for Offer Redemption.

When an offer is redeemed, an interaction "OFFER_REDEMPTION" is created, with attributes in InteractionOffers about which offer and which code has been redeemed.

In segmentation, I would like to segment all people who have redeemed offer "offer_5526" for example. (or more likely, who have NOT redeemed this offer as I need to remind them that it is expiring soon)

I can't find anything related to Offers in Segmentation Data Sources or Objects.

Could someone please confirm nothing is existing for this and I should create a custom view with table cuand_ce_ia_offr for this.

Has anyone found a standard solution for this? We're in SMC 2005 release but I have not been able to find offer/coupon attributes to enable in segmentation.

Hi lfuster and luis.paulino. I was looking at the roadmap and it seems that it's planned for version 2011 (Q4). You can see the specific point of the roadmap here.

Regarding to your first question Laura, did you try something with Custom Views? Maybe it's a good work around for that. Let me know if you need more help with the solution.
