offer recomendation scenario does not apprears in ymkt on premise

Hello experts,

When I open "Manage Offer Recommendations", I do not have any available scenarios to create my offer recommendation model towards Hybris Commerce. The scenario is obligatory for this step but I do not have any available and Hybris Commerce when internalizing bring Hybris marketing offers the following error:

WARN [Thread-152] [OfferDiscoveryService] yMKT has returned no offer scenarios

Hello Allan Pasion,

did you created a Model Type and an Scenario before?

To manage Recommendation Models you have to define a Model Type (it's an App for Model Types) and if you want to create Offer Recommendation Models then you have to use the Recommendation Type "SAP yMkt Offer Content". Then you have to create a scenario

(it's an App for Scenarios), here you have to assign the Model Type you just created and select a Communication Medium. For Hybris Commerce you have to select Online-Shop (ONLINE_SHOP) as communication medium.

After that you will see the scenario in "Manage Offer Recommendations", next steps is to define you recommendation model. Model must be active that you can use it in Hybris Commerce and the SAP Integration must be setup properly in Hybris Commerce (communication between Hybris Commerce and SAP Hybris Marketing)
