Hi,
We have C4C for CRM tickets management. We would like to automatically download some ticket information, but we were not able to do it with odata webservices. The data required is:
- TicketID
- Interaction Date
- Number of interactions
- Number of Emails
- Number of Internal Notes.
- Number of Phone Calls.
- Number of Chat Conversations
Is there any webservice that given the actual Date can give me this information?
