odata service is unable to establish connect with c4c and giving internal server error

Hi , what is the fix for the attached error. Please help.

Dear Pushpa,

This looks like an issue with the connection. If you are making a GET call to C4C, Execute the same URL Google Chrome browser and then enter the username and password. If the call is successful, then the issue is with the external application from which you are making this call. Otherwise, the issue is with the Odata URL.
