Hello, in posting to add an Service Request incident description, I am struggling to determine how to format Text going into the 'FormattedText' Parameter. Does anyone have knowledge on how this is done?
I want to be able to format text similar to the below
Case Name: Case Value
Field 1: Value
Field 2: Value
Field 3: Value

- Bullet Point 2
- Number Point 1
