Hi Team,
We are currently implementing user interactions between the Web and C4C. As part of this process, we are adding internal memos under the "Interactions" tab in the ticket. However, we are encountering an issue as we are unable to locate the relevant ODATA API to retrieve the memos added by the agent in the system.
While we have successfully identified and implemented the ODATA API for posting customer comments added via the portal, we are still in need of the appropriate API to fetch internal memos for the ticket interactions.
We would greatly appreciate your assistance in identifying or providing the relevant ODATA API for this purpose.
