occ addon and web context

Hello. I've generated occ addon, implemented some instance of HandlerInterceptorAdaptor in /acceleratoraddon/web and defined beans in the occaddon-web-spring.xml, but there is no result, cause beans are created and contained in the context, but when I make a request to the API, the interceptor isn't called. What is wrong?

In project.properties the line was added: ycommercewebservices.additionalWebSpringConfigs.occaddon=classpath:/occaddon/web/spring/occaddon-web-spring.xml

Yes, the addon was installed by ant addoninstall It seems like <mvc:interceptors> construction is ignored but in the other addon, it works fine. I've equaled these two addons and they are equal.
