I have been looking for the solution to this problem in the forum but I can't find a concise answer for my problem.

How can I change the status of an account from obsolete to "not obsolete"?

I want to import this account and I get the following message.

HI nicotouri,

As per my experience, if you want to mark a specific account obsolete to non-obsolete, you need to reach SAP via ticket under CEC-MKT* and ask them to do it from backend!
