Hi ,
I have given the below number ranges in the system configurator .
Internal Number Range : 1000 to 1999
Queue : 1000 to 1020
Agents : 1030 to 1050
Custom IVR 1100 to 1199
However , when i search for the number range from Number Viewer screen or any other Number view screen from Users, queues .. system is not fetching the number range and not getting any thing.
please provide some help on the same.
