Notification issue with custom BO

Hi Friends,

I have read several blog related to this, still custom BO is not coming at the time of workflow creation.

1. Follow all general steps .At last deploy business configuration

2. Uses EmployeeID data type for recipient.

3. Assigned work center(Custom BO screen ) to PDI USER .

4. Generated enable notification rule in sdk.

5. Checked recipient.

Still custom BO is not enabled for notification at the time of workflow creation.

let me know where i am doing wrong.

Please create an incident to SAP Support, we will check in backend if there are any inconsistencies.

Hi huy_digital, you have to do right click in your solution and click on Deploy Business Configuration

Thanks for your comment. I deployed business configuration many times but this issue doesn't resolve yet. The step I did is the same with mohammadiqbal.siddiqui. Do you have any idea about it?

If the above steps is not working.Please raise an incident to sap in this situation only sap can help you.

In my case previously it works.
