For our order process we use the 'sap-order-process' from the ysaporderfulfillment extension.
After initialization of Hybris the first action "checkSAPOrder" is only started in a few random cases. However, when this action is started it returns the status "OK" but the next step "checkSAPCustomerReplication" is not triggered after all.
We have disabled customer replication since we do not use this.
How can we ensure that 'checkSAPOrder' is always triggered and starts action "checkSAPCustomerReplication"? What is the cause for this strange behaviour?
