Not possible assing interaction to Contact in SAP Marketing

Hi experts,

We are facing some data issues in import interactions. "The import or assignment has been refused because of an issue with the origin ID or the interaction". Basically we have a origin ZYCOM that has been configured as one per contact and mark as For identification as yes. On the other hand we have configure additional IDs as mobile phone and email. Mobile Phone and emails has been configured as (No one per contact and marked as for identification = yes)

The interaction can't be assigned to the contact and I can't understand what it is happening. I check both contacts and have different IDs but have a common email in one of the contacts facets

. Can somebody can help me ?

Thanks for the Screenshots , So as you are using CUAN_IMPORT_SRV , based on your payload , system somehow finds existing contact with other ID and due to one per conflict , its rejecting the Import , As its recommended to use API_MKT_INTERACTION_SRV for interaction Import as per 2957611 - Deprecation of OData "CUAN_IMPORT_SRV" and Successor APIs , Can you try importing the same interaction with this service , With CUAN_IMPORT_SRV service , I need to access your system to identify the root cause , if you din get an answer here , may be you can raise an Incident to SAP to check the same.

Thanks for you answer. I check the idea of use API_MKT_INTERACTION_SRV but the error persists. I think that the error is related with the Contacts IDs configuration, in these case Email is used for identification so in these two contacts have one facet with the same Email address.

What do you think about that?

Hi Kevin,

If your interaction has source origin as ZYCOM , then Email should not create an issue in assigning the interaction to the right contact , but there is something else which is creating the issue , is it possible to share your Interaction payload which you tried with API_MKT_INTERACTION_SRV here ?
