Not able to see Predict Data Source page under Management in Emarsys

Hi Gurus,

I am not able to access Predict Data Source page under Management Menu in Emarsys. I have followed attached documentation on emarsys help but i could not find that option too in user management roles.

Hello deerastogi,

There are 2 answers to your question:

1. Your Emarsys License doesn't include the Predict feature as Saravana shared.
2. If you've procured it, then you need to ask the ADMIN user aka Account Owner to enable and give access to your user. [menu: Management >> User Management ]

If nothing workout, create an SAP Incident under CEC-EMA component

In addition to what Kunal's mentioned, you could try by changing your user's role to BI Administrator.

Thanks for your response. Even after changing the role to "BI Administrator" we are not able to see the Predict Data Source page.

Hi Deepak,

Have you referred to Kunal's anwser in the below thread Emarsys - Predict Data Source WorkCenter | SAP Community , It might be related to License if Account owner don't have that access.
