1)There is an existing integration of C4C system with S4 HANA system. 2)We need to replicate account from S4 HANA to C4C for which all the relevant Setting is been done 3)Partner function such as Sales employee,KAM is associated with the account/Customer in S4 HANA. 4)Sales Employee are created in S4 HANA from BP transaction 5)Objective is to replicate Customer account along with Sales employee from S4 HANA to C4C 6) Customer are getting replicated but the Sales employee which is available in partner function in the account is not getting replicated to C4C under Account team. Require your expert suggestion to achieve this .We are struggling to achieve this.This is a show stopper for us to live and it has high commercial impact

Did you check the c4c inbound payload and made sure that the partner function PartyRoleCode is the correct one for the partner function when it is an employee.
And in the payload employee is send with "<PartyInternalIDTypeCode>3".
If you have possibilities of sending PartnerFunctions with Employee and Contacts at the same time, then mappings have to be customized to fill PartnerInternalIDTypeCode with value 3(Employee) or 927(Contacts).

You have to check in C4C configuration Code list mapping for e.g. the partner function, role and relations and when the employees are created correctly in C4C you have to do the ID mapping of the employees Administrator - Common Tasks - Edit ID Mapping for Integration. The last step ensure when an inbound partner message including the sales employee is received the correct mapping is made to the employee id in C4C and the information is stored correctly in the account in C4C.
