Not able to get involve party in workflow In SAP C4C

Dear Team,

I have added new value in involve part through Path - Business Configuration ->Overview->Activity->Maintain involve party for activity Task

I can see this new value in workflow recipient but not able to get in placeholder and not able to get in workflow condition.

As other involve party are coming except this new value.

Can you please guide me what should I do to get new added involve party in workflow condition.

Hi Madhuri,

When you create the party role definition on the business configuration, on the party category, please choose "partner party" and then add this party role to "Maintain Involved Parties for Tasks". Then, you should be able to add this party role to the recipient determination for email let's say.
