Not able to create stories in SAC

In Hybris Marketing Coud when I navigate to Marketing Executive Dashboard -> Browse->Files and select a sample file to create a story in SAP Analytics Cloud I get the following error message

"The template cannot be opened because you do not have the correct permissions to create stories. Please contact your administrator."

I have all the appropriate roles assigned to my suserid

Can you kindly suggest why and how to resolve this error

You can also request additional roles for your business user in the system:

1. Select your user profile photo in the top bar (which may be the default image if you haven't uploaded a photo yet), and choose Request Roles.
2. In the dialog, choose one of the following options:
   • To request standard roles that the administrator has defined, choose Default Roles and select the role you need.
   • To request individual roles, choose Self Service Roles and select the role you need.
3. You can optionally add a comment, for example, to explain why you need the selected role.
4. Send your request.
