We created two promotions with below setup in Hybris 6.6.
PromotionRuleGroup1: This contains a promotion promo1 with below criteria.
Promo1:Stackable:False
Priority: 200
Condition: Qualifying Category:C1
Action: Give 10% discount on products
PromotionRuleGroup2: This contains a promotion promo2 with below criteria.
Promo2:Stackable:False
Priority:100
Condition: Qualifying Product:P1,P2
Action: Give 10% discount on products
A product P1 is added to the cart which belongs to category C1. The expectation was that both Promo1 and Promo2 to be applied as the promotions are in different rule groups even though they are non-stackable. However only one promotion Promo1 was applied which was of higher priority.
As per documentation, if stackability is false, it is evaluated as non-stackable only in a particular rule group. But looks like when a promotion is made non-stackable, it is becoming non-stackable with any other promotion across rule groups.
Can somebody confirm why this behaviour is being noticed?
