Node issue in Cluster Environment while submitting the orders

HI All,

We are facing an issue with cluster environment while submitting the orders .

Issue : The cluster aware event is not published in one of the node.

Clear description : There is one Event which is written for sending the create order request to SAP and  it is a cluster aware event. The event will run in one thread which will send the create order request xml to SAP. The thread which is running to send the request is running in cluster and we are seeing the issue in that where the order is not submitting to SAP. In the cluster aware event, the source node and target node should match to send the request But, for the orders which are in submission issues, the source and target nodes are not matching. Also the event is getting published 4 times in single node and we can see the loggers 4 times in single server. Usually the source node should check with all the nodes and if the target  node is matching with it, then only the request should sent . 

This Issue is occurring in rare cases.
