No upload of appointments with groupware integration

Hello Experts,

we want to user server based groupware integration with our CRM 7.0 EHP3 system.

We have set up the groupware connector and proxy on a separate server. Connecting checks were positive.

We configured the groupware connector and CRM according to

We successfully uploaded categories, application list and a user list from CRM to the groupware connector.

When we create or change an appointment in CRM the system created an entry for the ISP_D_000000000000004 inbound queue.

When this entry being processed we get a new entry in the outbound queues: R3AUORDER_0000091764 with the destination being the application server:

In order to be uploaded to the groupware connector there should be an outbound queue named something like ISP_O_000000000000xxx.

Can anybody help?

You can enable the mapbox logging to see if there are any issues in mapbox processing.
