No measurement unit is assigned to ISO-Code CARTON

I am trying to request External pricing for sales quote and facing the issue of code mapping on units.

ERP units

Unit: KAR
Commercial: CAR
Technical Meas.: CAR
Unit Text: Car Carton

C4C - I have mapped the following whereas CT is the ISO code.

However, I am getting error on unit: CAR.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Kai,

In ERP IDOC, I can see there are option to select either ISO unit or Commercial unit for each quantity field. I map them all consistently with ISO, so only CT is required for inbound quantity unit (Carton).

In my previous mapping, CAR is only be recognized on outbound quantity unit but there is one quantity field picked wrongly with commercial code CAR as incoming. Issue solved when fixed them to ISO.
