Dear Nir,

could you please have a look in SAP Note: 2693418, here you will find a lot of errors which can be shown in the SAP Customer Checkout Monitor and the possible solutions.

Before that please verify that you B1iF Scenarios for SAP Customer Checkout out are up to date. Please see SAP Note: 2163033, please perform the "CreateUpdateTable" step. If you have already extensions in the B1iF please check afterwards that they are still active.

If both mentioned notes are not helpful I recommend to open an incident using component SBO-INT-CCO from SAP Business One Launchpad.
