I see below exception: Exception while customer Registration :[com.sap.hybris.sapcustomerb2b.outbound.DefaultB2BCustomerAddressInterceptor@2af8eb49]: unexpected validator error: no attribute SAPConfiguration.replicateregisteredb2buser found

SAP related extension entry in localextension.xml file:

This property is mentioned in sapcustomerb2b-items.xml. So you will have to add this extension in your localextensions.xml and then run the update on this extension to get the column created.
