Hello Experts

Your help in the following case:

We want to make some improvements to SAP Marketing Cloud and of course it is required to use the Implementation Cockpit / Manage Your Solution APPs.

However, access is not possible, the user is assigned the required Administrator role

BASE_ADMINISTRATOR_MKT

BR_BPC_EXPERT_MKT

SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR

Among other roles that allow certain configurations, but it is not possible to access the Manage Your Solution app.
