Newrelic and Appdynamic lite versions are not working with Hybris 5.7.0.3

Hi, I have recently installed New Relic on Hybris (V 5.7.0.3) instance. Hybris is running on SUSE Linux. I have done all settings and NR diagnostic tool does not show any errors. Still Log file does not get created and of course there is no data in APM tool also. Surprisingly, Hybris logs does not show newrelic.jar in Hybris logs. To avoid access issues, I have give 777 access on all newrelic files. I have tried with Appdynamic lite version also but it also behave the same way!!!!

Is there anything in Hybris that's stopping these tools to work?

I am sure there would be several instances of NewRelic and AppDynamics APM tool working with Hybris commerce 5.7 version. Could someone help here please?
