Newly created customer giving dump on customer search in utilities workcenter in C4C

The customers are getting replicated successfully in C4C via S4 system

Hi Ashish,

can you please check in the Dump Analysis Tool in the SAP Cloud Applications Studio to observe if there's a dump for the steps you take in the C4C system? That way you can determine if the issue is due to your Add-On

If there isn't any, then it seems there's an internal error which is happening and causing the error. In that case I would recommend opening an incident with providing all details of the Add-On and what you have created + how to reproduce the behaviour.
