New hana view (Attribute view) in segmentation Models

Hi Gurus,

I created a new attribute view for BP information, when I test the view on HANA studio it works fine. But when I assign the same view in segmentation models, I don’t get any result in segmentation.

In yMKT

I have following customizing:

Define Aliases for SAP HANA Data Sources

Assign SAP HANA Data Sources to Segmentation Objects

Assign Segmentation Attributes to Object Key Fields

Does someone know what the issue can be?

Hi Kunal,

The issue was solved.

In HANA view on properties I changed the Default client field to Cross Client.

Please create an incident with SAP under CEC-MKT-SEG for analysis.
