1. created a user group of backoffice product manager group.
2. created a user of new user group which was created in step 1.
3. logged in with new user which was created in step 2 in to PCM.
4. Created a new catalog.
5. this new catalog is not visible immediately and I'm able to see after re-login.
Expected behavior - new catalog should be visible immediately post creation.
